helping the animals.

The staff at the
local office of
Hochheim Praire Insurance
donated $1000!

The donation is going into our Medical Rescue Fund, which helps pay for extra medical needs of Shelter pets, like heartworm treatment, so these pets can be adopted.

Several groups from the
Mays Business School
raised money, gathered food, and completed projects, all to support the Brazos Animal Shelter.

Team Heat (pictured) raised over $700, puchasing pet food for the Shelter and donating the rest. Members are Sarah Beth Groover, Lindsey Danz, Scott Delity, Ryan O'Dwyer, Perry Kilgo, and Cristal Vega (not shown).

Other teams were Team Solid and the Aggie Dream Team.

Team Solid raised over $600 and purchased Kuranda beds for our dogs in the kennels.

The Aggie Dream Team also raised over $600, through a dog wash and bake sale.

We went to visit Kemp Elementary--
they had been raising money for us during their
"Pennies for Puppies" event.
They raised almost $400!

had a chance
to then hear about dogs
and how they tell us w
hat they are feeling,
and then spend some time visiting.
