staff of the Brazos Animal Shelter is dedicated to promoting respect
and understanding for all life. We hope that by educating the people
of our community, beginning at a very early age, we can promote responsible
pet ownership and eliminate the severe overpopulation problem that plagues
the entire country. |

The
Brazos Animal Shelter offers a variety of programs for all ages and
situations, curriculum materials, and access to information on any
type of animal. All presentations teach respect and understanding for
all animals, especially companion animals. Emphasis is placed on articulating
the relationship between humans and animals, and the responsibilities
people must assume in caring for the needs of animals. some of the
